Tabea Wink, born in 1998 in Braunschweig, is a master student at the “University of Music Nuremberg” in the instrument recorder with Prof. Jeremias Schwarzer and Prof. Maurice Steger.

Tabea completed postgraduate studies in polyphony renaissance music at the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espectáculo in Porto with Prof. Pedro Sousa-Silva.

Tabea recently received the scholarship from "Deutscher Musikwettbewerb 2024", the TONALi scholarship, the RAM scholarship at the Royal Academy of Music in London, the Louis-Spohr Music Prize and a 1st prize (contemporary music) at the Tel Aviv International Recorder competition in Israel.

With the “Duo Energico” she won the first prize at the international “ORDA“ competition in Amsterdam and also the Royal-Wind-Music Prize.

2011-2018, she was the 1st national prize winner of the competition "Jugend Musiziert" in Germany.

2016-2018 Tabea made a pre-college-education at the University of Music in Nuremberg. Previously, she was a student of Annette Berryman at "Städtische Musikschule Braunschweig".

Tabea Wink has performed as a soloist with the Staatsorchester Braunschweig, the Sinfonia Orkiestra Varsovia, the Sinfonieorchester Göttingen, the Symphony Orchestra Cieszyn (Poland), the Israeli Barrocade Orchestra (Israel) and the Göttinger Barockorchester.

Tabea got a scholarship of the foundation “LYRA”, Forberg-Schneider foundation”, Menuhin-Stiftung “Live music now”, Kinderklassik, "Jugend musiziert Niedersachsen", the Dr. M. Wagner Foundation, Dr. M. Wagner Stiftung, Stiftung Sparda-Bank Hannover “Note um Note” and she is sponsored by the foundation “Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes”.
